Together, David & Kelly have over 54 years of experience in the housing industry in this area. They have earned a reputation for honesty, integrity, and professionalism, with the highest level of expertise and knowledge in the industry. David brings a wealth of knowledge as a Custom Builder, Land Developer, and Ranch Salesman, while Kelly thoroughly enjoys the residential side of real estate. Over the years, David’s love for designing and building homes has inspired Kelly to design, stage, and make small changes to produce a better return on her clients' investments.
To date, David and Kelly Thate have been blessed with 5 children and 7 grandchildren. David and Kelly both actively volunteer at their Church. They volunteer and financially assist TruChoice. When you work with The Thate Team, you help nonprofit organizations like TruChoice Pregnancy Center, Education Connection, Jail to Job, and other wonderful nonprofit organizations that help our youth.
