Education
As the workforce college of Texas, TSTC provides technical training in high demand fields. With over 7,500 industry partnerships within the state, graduates can expect to find meaningful employment. But the impact doesn’t end there. Every new job has a ripple effect, changing the lives of students, their families, and the State of Texas.
To address the workforce needs in the fast-growing Central Texas corridor, TSTC began operating out of Central Texas Technology Center (CCTC) in New Braunfels in 2023. Manufacturers joined forces to create TX FAME Lone Star Chapter and welcomed TSTC to provide the critical educational component for the Advanced Manufacturing Technology (AMT) program. Students will have the opportunity to take advantage of an apprenticeship-type program and earn an Associate of Applied Science while working.
