Carina is sourced to facilitate and manage personal transitions resulting in the adoption of strategic practices working from a place of passion and purpose. She has a background in Psychology & Design as well as a certification in Life Coaching from the American Union of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. This equips her to be a visionary and manage teams by optimizing processes, tools, and techniques to navigate change achieving efficient results. She is a recognized Unsung Hero by the Ecosystem Builder Hub community, a Shining Star under 40, & the Distinguished Alumni in Business Development & Innovation awarded by the National Hispanic Institute. She founded the first-ever award-winning coworking space in “The Innovation Corridor”, Splash Coworking. She has spoken internationally on the topics of leadership, team building, entrepreneurship, culture/behavior change, ecosystem building through sustainability, and driving positive global and systemic transformation.
