Primus Real Estate Services is a commercial retail real estate development and brokerage firm located in Austin, Texas. Since 1999, Primus has completed projects in Austin, Temple, Waco, Round Rock, and San Marcos. Mark Shields, Primus Real Estate Partner, has done work in San Marcos since 1993 and has completed numerous projects, including the Crossroads Shopping Center, 137 North Guadalupe, and Valentino's.
