Mella Counseling LLC is a private, cash-pay counseling practice in San Marcos serving emerging adults and seniors (55+) navigating life transitions. Founded by Jessica Lepore, MA, LPC Associate, NCC, (supervised by Dr. Mee-Gaik Lim, LPC-S) the practice specializes in grief, career changes, and identity shifts that come with major life turning points, whether you're a young adult finding your footing or an older adult facing retirement, loss, or reinvention. Jessica brings a unique perspective, having built multiple careers of her own in science consulting and coaching before training as a counselor. Sessions are grounded in relational frameworks, emphasizing genuine connection and growth through relationships.
