Museum, archives, and educational programming pertaining to Lyndon B. Johnson's years at Southwest Texas State Teacher's College in San Marcos, as well as his teaching experience in Cotulla, Texas, and how these exposures impacted his later legislation in civil rights and education.
The museum, 131 N Guadalupe St., will be opened 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesdays and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Special tours can be arranged outside of scheduled hours, museum director Scott Jordan said. Admission to the museum is free.
