HEAT Bootcamp is unlike any workout you've ever done. A combination of strength training, cardiovascular intervals, and core conditioning to give you the lean, toned body you're looking for.
Based on three core principles: Innovation, Intensity, and Progression, our workouts are never repeated and are designed for beginners to athletes. We are truly an inclusive studio catering to men, women, all ages and abilities. We offer more than 30 camps a week, starting as early as 6am and often going as late as 8pm. Our state of the art facility is located just a blocks from the downtown square, complete with ample parking, men’s and women’s locker rooms, a private training area, 1,500 sqft. bootcamp space, and incredible lighting and sound to make the experience fun and high energy.
Most important, HEAT is about community! Philanthropy via fundrasing and volunteering are core values that we empart upon our staff and the members of our fitness family.
