The mission of BCL of Texas is Building Strong Communities.

BCL of Texas supports Texans to acquire wealth-building assets, such as homeownership and entrepreneurship, with the financial tools and education necessary to build personal net worth. With an emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion, we serve communities of color, women, veterans, rural communities, and low and moderate income individuals, families, and small business owners.

Through a unique partnership with City of San Marocs, BCL has launched the ThinkB!G Business Improvement + Growth program, which offers no-cost, one-on-one customized business and financial coaching at every stage of running a business. Additionally, classes are offered in a range of topics to provide knowledge and tools to succeed. Our specialists can connect you with all of the resources you need to grow.
