High School Diploma or GED
Active Texas Real Estate License
Two years of Property Management Experience
Ability to think outside of the box
Advanced computer skills: experience with databases, spreadsheets.
Proficient typing skills
Organized and Outgoing
Seeking long term employment to grow with the company
Punctual, Reliable and Trustworthy
Travel to properties will be required. A personal vehicle, a valid driver's license, and insurance is required.
Communication with owners and tenants
Posting properties for lease
Responsible for writing lease agreements
Answer all incoming calls and emails
Posting tenant notices and responding to violations
Move In/Out Condition Reports
Maintaining relationships with clients, tenants and vendors
