Recover + Perform is an orthopedic physical therapy and performance clinic in Austin.

What You Will Do:

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic and post-op patients

• Build rehab plans focused on return to sport and long-term performance

• Work alongside strength coaches to bridge rehab into training

• Help create clinical workflows and treatment standards

• Incorporate recovery services into patient care when appropriate

Our Clinic Includes:

• Orthopedic physical therapy

• Performance training

• Recovery services including sauna, cold plunge, compression and hyperbaric therapy

Our Clinical Model:

• One-on-one treatment sessions

• Longer appointment times focused on quality care

• Collaboration with strength coaches and performance staff

• Emphasis on return to sport and long-term durability

Qualifications:

• Master’s or PhD in Physical Therapy

• 4–6+ years of orthopedic clinical experience preferred but not required

• Comfortable operating independently and contributing to clinical decision-making

Compensation:

• Salary range: $80,000 to $100,000 depending on experience

• Performance bonus opportunities
