We are looking for a full-time pelvic floor physical therapist who is dedicated and passionate about women’s health and wellness. We believe in providing compassionate, individualized care to address the changes that accompany every stage of life. Candidates should have experience in pelvic floor physical therapy, or be willing to immediately seek out education and training to become up-to-date in pelvic floor physical therapy interventions. Candidates must enjoy and contribute to collaborative work and be open to continuing education. Experience with orthopedic and sports medicine physical therapy is a plus.

Responsibilities and activities:
Do everything possible to get the best outcome for every patient
Ensure that patients achieve their clinical and health/lifestyle outcomes
Develop a life-long relationship with patients that benefits both the patient and the clinic
Confidently communicate the value of our service and your skills during the conversation about price
Confidently communicates orally and in-writing with providers, medical assistants and other personnel and agencies concerned with patient care
Participate in, contribute to, and help to develop education training both in-house and externally to ensure ongoing learning and skill development
Ensure 95% of your patients arrive for their treatment as scheduled
Provide high level of customer care that will cause patients to want to come back frequently • Increase referrals by providing high level of customer care and service to all of your patients • Ensure patients coming for discovery sessions convert to first evaluation (when appropriate) • Ensure clinical notes are kept up-to-date and accurate
Assist in the preparation and execution of workshops, events, and in-services
Be on-hand to participate in and contribute to the clinic’s social media activity
Do patient call backs without being asked and be willing to speak to patients who have dropped off schedule
Develops treatment plans, sets goals, re-assesses and adjusts as necessary
Be willing and able to communicate virtually through telehealth with patients for continuation of plan of care as needed
Schedule client and collect payment as needed
Weekly meetings with manager and monthly team meetings
Performs other related duties, as assigned

Above average physical therapy skills that will be developed continuously

Must be self-motivated and a self-starter that does not need to be micromanaged and can meet deadlines
Qualifications:
Doctorate or graduate degrees in Physical Therapy
At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist; pelvic floor physical therapy and/or women’s health experience is a plus
Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas or working towards Texas licensure
Must be authorized to work in the United States
