Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and providing direct support to clients to enhance their quality of life through applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques.

Duties

  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess the needs of clients and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles.
  • Collect and analyze research data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
  • Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavioral strategies and techniques.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Advocate for clients’ needs within various settings, including schools, homes, and community environments.
  • Stay current with best practices in behavioral health and participate in ongoing professional development.

  • Requirements
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required.
  • Experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, particularly those with autism.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
  • Proficiency in patient care practices and medical documentation standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
  • Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and implement evidence-based interventions.
  • Strong analytical skills for research data collection and evaluation of treatment effectiveness.
