Famous Pork chop - 24 hour brined, grilled with a honey/habanero glaze 

 

Steak Diane - six oz beef tenderloin, grilled and topped with a classic mushroom Diane

 

Pistachio/Almond Crusted Redfish - Texas redfish topped with a basil cream
