On Saturday, June 17, celebrate the fifth year of TXST New Ventures and welcome the 2023 Cohort. Meet the talented cohort members, witness their pitches, and connect with program alumni. Our cohort features outstanding teams from various fields, including healthcare, materials science, digital twins, and transportation.

Our partners, including Dell for Startups, Greater San Marcos Partnership, Splash Coworking, San Marcos Area Chamber of Commerce and UFCU, will be present to support the community, alongside Texas State Centers of Excellence, such as:

Christy Cardenas is a prominent figure in the venture capital world and currently serves as a Managing Partner at Grit Ventures, an early stage, deep technology venture capital fund. She offers over 10 years and $12 billion in investment banking, private equity, and venture capital transaction experience. Christy plays a key role in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities in pre-seed, seed, and Series A companies.
