The 50th anniversary of JFK is on the horizon, and starting on Oct. 1 and running through Nov. 9, a limited portion of collector Frank Harvey’s JFK artifacts will be on display at Texas State University’s Alkek Library, leading up to the once-in-a-lifetime JFK exhibit that will take place on Nov. 16 at Embassy Suites Hotel, Spa & Conference Center in San Marcos.
