The San Marcos Area Board of REALTORS will present their annual home buying seminar this month. No selling at our seminar, just great information. From credit problems and financing solutions, to the ABC's of buying a home, we will give you valuable information to help make your dream a reality. The City of San Marcos will also be with us to go over their home buying programs that can help you with down payment assistance! The public is invited to attend and light refreshments will be served. See you then!
