Every business and nonprofit organization should have a plan for the unexpected. Join us for an interactive Crisis Management Planning Workshop designed to help organizations prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters and emergencies.

Participants will gain practical tools, expert guidance, and real-world strategies to strengthen crisis communication, leadership response, business continuity, and recovery planning. Registration includes an in-person workshop and lunch on October 8, along with a one-hour virtual follow-up session on November 4 to help all participants finalize and implement their crisis management plans.
