Join us for the 123rd Annual Dinner & Awards Gala: Deep Roots • Bold Future, an evening honoring the people, businesses and partnerships that have helped shape our community while looking ahead to all that’s still to come. Guests will enjoy dinner, awards, and live musical entertainment from Texas State University’s Bobcat Country band as we celebrate where we’ve been, where we’re going, and the people helping lead the way. 

With a crowd of 400+ guests, this is the largest and most prestigious business gathering of the year. Highlights include live music, a delicious dinner, silent auction, Business of the Year awards, Citizen of the Year, and the "Passing of the Gavel" among board leaders. 

Chamber of Commerce and community members are invited each year to nominate deserving candidates for the San Marcos Annual Awards. Nominations closed this week for the 2026 awards. Winners will be announced on November 10. View a list of past Annual Award Winners here!

Attire: Business Formal + Texas Chic

Dress to celebrate, with a little Texas personality! Business formal attire is encouraged, with boots, bolos, Western-inspired accessories and Texas flair encouraged! Men may opt for a suit or blazer, dress shirt and tie or bolo. Women may choose cocktail or tea-length dresses, dressy separates or elegant pantsuits. Whether your style leans classic or a little more cowboy chic, come ready for a polished evening with plenty of Texas spirit.
