It’s going to be as BIG AS TEXAS!!! The 5th Annual Texas Green Home & Living Show will become the place where vendors can demonstrate green products and present exhibits that are geared towards saving money, promoting a cleaner, more sustainable environment as well as an opportunity to market your products and/or services to the consumer market in Central Texas. San Marcos Chamber Member Booth Rates Early Bird Rates on or before February 21, 2014- Premium Booth Rate - $325 (Internet & Electricity include) Standard Booth Rate - $225 (Internet & Electricity not available) NO Premium Booths Available After Friday, February, 21st Payment must be received on or before Friday, February 21st to receive early bird rates. Regular Rates after February 21st: Standard Booth Rate - $400 Add Internet and/or Electricity - $25 each Exhibitor Information Each Indoor booth is 8’ x 10’ and may be combined to form a larger space. Each space includes pipe and drape, space dividers, 1 booth exhibitor sign, 1 skirted and covered table, 2 chairs, and 1 small trash receptacle. Internet needs are the responsibility of the exhibitor and must be resolved prior to Feb. 21st, please let us know your Internet needs as soon as possible. For planning purposes, we ask that you indicate your request on the registration page. Exhibitor Requirements Provide staffing for exhibit booth throughout the duration of the event. Must be ready by 10:00 a.m. on March 8. Set-up and take-down of the exhibit space area are exhibitor’s responsibility. Food/beverage vendors assume responsibility for complying with City/County Health Departments and TABC. Comply with all terms for exhibiting at Texas Green Home & Living Show. Day of Show Exhibitor Parking During the Show (after set up is completed), please park as far from the main entrance as possible to allow for more spaces to be available for Show attendees. Important Information & Reminders Admission to this event is FREE. Petitioning or distributing political materials is prohibited. Flyers, giveaways, etc. are permitted only in your booth. Exhibitors planning to bring any unusual or large items will need to contact the Chamber via email at chamber@sanmarcostexas.com or call 512-393-5900 as this may affect your booth placement and load in time. Deadline for notification of unusual or large item load in is on or before 5:00 p.m. March 3, 2014. Booth Setup: Saturday, March 8 from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. (large items from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.) All booths must be completely set up by 9:45 a.m. Booth Take-down: Saturday, March 8 after 4:00 p.m. For safety purposes, load out may not begin until 4:00 p.m Members, please click the link below to register for Exhibitor and Sponsorship Booths.
