2021 Relocation/Newcomer Packet Sponsorship

The San Marcos Area Chamber of Commerce will send around 2,500 Newcomer & Relocation Packets in 2021. Relocation Packet Sponsors easily access this steady stream of new customers by distributing promotional materials or a personal note from your company in each newcomer packet.
Available exclusively to San Marcos Area Chamber of Commerce Members, the program is limited to 30 paid sponsors. Sponsors can provide flat promotional items such as coupons, magnets, small calendars, brochures, and other small items you may wish to distribute to newcomers to the community. Letters with a special offer and a welcome to the community are a great, cost-effective way to participate in this program.
Sponsor categories are not exclusive to business type.
A 1-year sponsorship is $1,250. If you sign up by Friday, March 5, 2021, you get 12 months for only $500! (Yes, that’s more than half off the regular price!). The Chamber will be responsible for putting your information in each of the packets that we send out. If your company would like a special message included in the newcomer’s packets, please furnish us with copies on your letterhead. You must also provide enough promotional items for the time of sponsorship (i.e. three months would be approximately 300 items.) Sponsorships are available on a first come – first served basis.
