2013 Tour of Homes
The 38th Annual Heritage Association Tour of Homes, "Revisiting Historic Hopkins: Gateway to San Marcos," will take place May 4-5 with guided tours of some of the city's most charming homes and historic sites. Maps and tickets can be purchased both days at the Charles S. Cock House Museum, 400 E. Hopkins Street, for $10. Tours and ticket sales run from 1-5 p.m. each day. The Tour of Homes is sponsored by the Heritage Association of San Marcos, which was founded in 1975 to enrich and beautify the community through historical and cultural preservation.
