Summer in the Park continues to grow in popularity with excellent Texas musicians and a laid back\, fun atmosphere. Bring your lawn chair or a blanket and - if you'd like - bring an ice chest of your favorite beverages. Or you can support the local Boy Scouts by buying refreshments from their booth. Concerts run from 7:30pm to 9:30pm\, but guests are welcome to arrive early to enjoy the park and set up. This event is produced by the San Marcos Performing Arts Association\, a grassroots\, all-volunteer\, non-profit 501c3 organization\, and in partnership with the Parks and Recreation department of the City of San Marcos.
